Alpe Magi Sterre’s Rocky (Piet)
Piet is a thinker – unlike any other dog with whom we have shared our home. Even as a puppy, he had an old soul, displaying wisdom beyond his years. His nature is kind, sweet, and quietly confident. He never rushes into things but remains calm and self-assured in almost any situation.
Piet adores children, other dogs, and people – in that order! He is also an excellent travel companion, always up for an adventure. His favorite destination? Home Depot, where he is a familiar face, especially to the employees with cookie-filled aprons!
Piet is an incredibly versatile dog with a passion for learning and adventure! He has excelled in Search and Rescue, including area searching, tracking, and article recovery, as well as Agility, Sprinters (100m dash), Trick Training, and Conditioning. One of his absolute favorite activities is swimming – he cannot get enough of it!
Physically, Piet stands 52.5 cm (23.8 in) at the withers and 57.5 cm (26 in) in length, with an average weight of 23 kg (50 lb). His smooth coat sheds seasonally but is otherwise low-maintenance and easy to manage.
