Hello ASA members! I am thrilled to be able to contribute to this wonderful organization as the Secretary of the ASA. Dogs and horses have always been part of my life, and certainly a passion of mine over the years. I was fortunate enough to bring my first Staby, Shadow (middle dog in picture) into the family about 4.5 years ago. I can honestly say, he is one of the best dogs I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Shadow was awarded “Best of Winners” at the ASA National Specialty in 2019, which was a thrill and a real honor. Shadow and I have also been enjoying participating in AKC Agility trials this year, where he has currently earned his Novice, Open and Excellent Agility titles. A couple years after bringing Shadow into the family, my Wetterhoun Wylie joined us as well. She is a very sweet girl, and she enjoys the simpler things in life (sleeping on the couch, accepting belly rubs, chasing squirrels). I was fortunate to have the opportunity to breed Shadow in 2020, and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to bring home one of his pups! Kimber has been the sweetest, feistiest, love sponge I have ever met! He looks to be following in his father’s footsteps, showing some real talent for Agility as well!
