Greetings ASA members. I became involved in the ASA in 2009 with my first import (Barta). Since then I have been blessed to welcome Leeska, Saga, and Nykne into our family. Each one has its own unique “personality”, and they bring joy and laughter to my day. We play Nowswork, Tracking and hunting critters in the field. Sadly, Barta and my husband’s best friend (Rutmer-rescue) have crossed over to the Rainbow Bridge… They are missed every single day.
I am a BarnHunt judge and AKC evaluator for CGC, Trick Dog, and ATT, in addition to being a dog trainer and behavior consultant. I have trained, studied, and traveled under some of the best trainers in the world. Bob Bailey, John Rogerson, and Patricia McConnell(Africa) to name a few. Since 2009, I have volunteered and served in various positions within the ASA. Vice President(6yrs), Training Committee, BAC, and Staby Rescue. It is a great honor to serve this wonderful organization and its extraordinary members!
